Designed to give an overall workout using equipment to increase strength and give you a fat burning fix. Working out with others helps keep you motivated, and it keeps you accountable to your fitness. This class is scheduled on Tuesday at 6am & 8.30am, Wednesday at 9.15am and Friday at 6 & 7am.
