If you are new to exercise then this beginners strength class would be a great starting point. This class is designed to give you an overall workout using equipment to increase strength and give you a fat burning fix. Don’t worry if you haven’t used gym quipment in the past you will be shown what to do and I will ensure that you start out at the level that you are ready for.
